Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we have reluctantly taken the decision today to close our Showroom in Ballymena with immediate effect. You will appreciate that the safety of our customers and staff is of paramount importance, so we hope that you will understand.

Our websites are still operational however and we will be processing online orders and dealing with all customer service enquiries.

I found all your Daiwa Tournament Surf rods becoming "No Stock". I am looking for the 16' one with part code: TNS1603FS-AU. Could you please tell why it came "No Stock" and when it becomes available?

I placed my order on Sept 5, all items listed as “in stock”. It is now Sept 15 and my order is still “in progress”. Your website states all orders shipped in 3-5 days, well we are now at 10 days and counting. When will my order ship, when will I get tracking details of my order? These are reasonable requests. I paid in full in good faith, it would be nice if Serious Fishing would supply the goods I have paid for in good faith. Frustrated customer.
